Jones' Vegetarian Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 packages of YVES Ground Round1 package of Clubhouse Meatloaf Seasoning Mix1 small Heinz Tomato Juice2 large Eggs1.5 cups of Seasoned Croutons (or breadcrumbs) crumbled
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together Ground Round, eggs, tomato juice, croutons and seasoning in a bowl. Press into loaf pan. Top with ketchup as glaze.

Cook for 45 minutes. DONE! Makes 6 servings.
