Ingredients
* *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 0.33 cup * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 tbsp *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 0.50 tsp * *Hood Simply Smart Fat Free Milk, .25 cup * *All Whites - Liquid Egg Whites, Crystal Farms, 0.25 cup * Olive Oil, .5 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
Directions
You can add fruit and nuts too! Items like, chopped walnuts, or mashed banana as well! Just be sure to add it to your daily calories!

Mix all ingredients well. Preheat waffle iron. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Do not over fill waffle iron!
Makes one serving.
