Simple Egg Salad (for sandwiches)

Ingredients
6 Hard Boiled Eggs2 tbsp Light or Fat Free Mayo2 tbsp Dill RelishBasil & paprika to taste(Bread not included in recipe calculations; I used 100% Whole Wheat from Sara Lee.)
Directions
It's simple: just peel the hard boiled eggs, chop 'em up and throw it all in a bowl. Add in mayo, relish, and spices, stirring or mashing with a fork, until you reach your desired taste. (You can also add mustard; I didn't because I'm allergic.)

This can be eaten as a side dish or spread on bread for a refreshing summer sandwich. I'm taking mine to the park for a picnic tomorrow!
