PTS Friendly Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad

2 1/2 cup each fresh broccoli & cauliflower1 cup purple onion (very important purple onion only)1/4 cup of low fat bacon bits ( I use Oscar mayers 25 cal)1/4 cup sunflower toasted seeds1/4 cup dried cranberriesDRESSING:1cup Fat Free Mayo1/4 cup Sun crystal or what ever Stevia product you use.2 TBS Vinegar
In a large bowl cut Broccoli & cauliflower into bite size pieces.
Slice purple onion
add bacon bits,sunflower seeds and cranberries.
mix well and set aside.
Dressing:
In a smaller bowl place mayo, stevia and vinegar. Wisk together. pour over broccoli mixture stir well. Chill and serv.
