Rustic Apple Tarts

Ingredients
.5 cup flour.25 cup whole wheat flour.25 tsp sugar.25 tsp salt3 TBSP margarine2 TBSP sugar.25 tsp ground cinnamin3 small apples, peeled, cored and sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mix flours and margarine with a fork until it resembles crumbs.

Add salt and sugar and mix well.

Add 2 TBSP water and shape into a ball.

Cut ball into 4 pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle about 5 inches around.

Top with apple slices.

Mix remaining sugar and cinnamin and sprinkle onto apples.

Bake for 35 minutes until tart is lightly brown.
