Vegetable Medley Salad

Ingredients
1 head Cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces1 bunch Broccoli, cut into bite size pieces6 Carrots, peeled & Chopped1/2 lb Cheese, cubed1/2 - 10oz bag Frozen Peas1/4 cup Slivered Almonds1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds1 cup Chow Mein Noodles1 cup Miracle Whip2 Tbsp Vinegar1/4 cup Sugar1 Tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
Directions
Combine all vegetables almonds and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. In a small bowl combine Miracle Whip, vinegar, sugar and pepper. When ready to serve, add dressing to vegetable mixture and sprinkle Chow Mein Noodles on top.
