Homemade Granola Cereal

Ingredients
5 C rolled Oats1 TBSP Psyllium Husks, ground1 TBSP flaxseed, ground1/4 C slivered almonds1/4 C raw sunflower seeds1/4 C unsweetened coconut1/4 C dried blueberries1/2 C raisins1/2 C dried apricots, chopped3/4 C honey4 TBSP butter, melted
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, making sure honey is thoroughly incorporated. Spread onto 2 ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 250 for 45 -60 minuted, stirring every 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cook on sheets, pour into an airtight container.
