20 oz Ground Turkey Breast1 Egg1 Egg White1/3 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs1/3 cup Dried Cranberries3 Tblsp & 1 tsp Crumbled Feta Cheese5 leaves - Loose Leaf Lettuce10 slices Pepperidge Farms 100% Whole Wheat Bread
In a large bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, cranberries & feta cheese. Crumble turkey over mixture & mix well. Shape into 5 patties.
Spray electric grill w/ cooking spray before heating. Place patties on grill & cover. Grill 5-7 minutes per side over medium heat.
Serve each patty & 1 lettuce leaf on bread.
