Tomato Gravy

Ingredients
2 large, red tomatoes, cored and diced1 Tbsp. oil1/4 cup flour1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Add tomatoes and cook, uncovered, until tomatoes are boiled down. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir in flour. Let cook one or two more minutes. Serve hot with toast or biscuits.
