Bowtie Shrimp

Ingredients
1 pound of your favorite pasta1 pound of jumbo shrimp (cooked)4 plum tomatoes - coarsely chopped6 cloves of garlic1.5 Tbsp of chopped basil1.5 Tbsp of EVOOJuices of 2 lemonssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Boil pasta to al dente and reserve 1Tbsp of pasta water
2. Heat EVOO and drop in garlic
3.Saute chopped tomatoes - cover and let it wilt - 2 minutes
4. Drop in shrimp and cover for 1 minutes
5. Mix in pasta with pasta water, lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste - cover and let it sit from 1 minute
6. Finish off with chopped basil and fresh black pepper
