Easy Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 egg white1 egg2 c peanut butter1 1/3 c agave 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
mix all ingredients together and scoop into a sprayed muffin tin to bake (this batter is very "wet", since I substituted agave for white sugar). Bake at 350 until done (start checking about 8 minutes). Let cool slightly so you can just tip the pan over.


Makes 24 cookies

**The baking time is an estimate. I personally cooked this in an 8 x 8 square dish and made bars. They had to cook for 25 minutes in order for the inside to set, but the bottom and edges were overly done, so I would try this as mentioned above in a muffin tin.
