Gabby's Korma Curry

Ingredients
1 c Lentils2 1/2 c Water (separated into 2 c and 1/2 c)1 package Roasted Red Potato Blend1 tsp Turmeric (optional, nutritional info does include)1 6oz container of Yoplait Greek Honey Vanilla Yogurt1 package Asian Home Gourmet Korma Curry
Directions
Boil 2 cups of water and add the lentils. Cook on boil until lentils are tender. Add the Potato Blend, yogurt and Turmeric. Cover and cook on low until potatoes are cooked through. Add the Korma Curry. If sauce is too thick through out the process, slowly add in the extra 1/2 c of water.

    You had me until the honey vanilla yogurt..

    Plain yogurt seems like a better choice for flavor. Maybe save the honey vanilla for breakfast. - 7/27/10
