Ingredients
1 cup of whole wheat flour1tsp baking powder1/2 tsp cinnamon2 packets splendia8 egg whites1 cup ff cottage cheese1 cup greek yogurt1.5 scoops of vanilla protein
Directions
mix dry ingred. in mixing bowl. In another mix wet ingred and then add to dry ingred. heat skillet to med temp add 1/4 c scoops to skillet flip when bubble on surface.
