*Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 1 tbspGinger Root, 1 tsp, grated*Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp Cucumber (peeled), 1 large (8-1/4" long) and sliced
Combine first 4 ingredients. Whisk to mix thoroughly. Gently add in the sliced cucumber. Mix and let stand for at least 10 minutes. Serve at room temperature.
