* fettucini noodles, 1 serving (remove) * Garlic, 1 clove (remove) * Flour, whole grain, .25 cup (remove) * Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove) * Feta Cheese, 1 cup, crumbled (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove) * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove) * Chicken stock, home-prepared, .25 cup (remove)# Mushrooms, cooked, .5 cup pieces (remove)
Cook noodles.
Make flour rouge by adding the butter and flour (flour maybe 2 tbsp.
Throw in all other ingredients except parm cheese. Add milk. Creme is best but more fattening and a pat of sour creme (opt). Stir constantly until cheese is mostly melted.
Add noodles after draining and stir.
Grate parm cheese on top.
