Ingredients
2 eggsMission Carb Balance burrito size tortilla2% cheddar jack cheese 1/4 cuppicante sauceJ.C. Potter lite country sausage 3 oz.
Directions
Cook sausage and crumble. Scramble eggs, salsa, and 3 oz. sausage in a pan coated with cooking spray. Put cheese on tortilla and microwave for about 15 sec. Place egg mixture on top of tortilla and cheese, wrap, and serve. Sour cream makes a great compliment (fat free of course).
