beginners bread

Ingredients
1/2 c wheat germ2 1/2 c bread flour1 tsp salt2 tsp yeast1 tbls sugar2 tbls oil1 c warm water
Directions
mix yeast, sugar and water. let sit for 5 min. Then add salt, oil, and wheat germ mix well. Then add bread flour. Kneed 10 min. let rise, punch down and place in well greased baking pan. Let rise again. Bake at 400 for 30 min
