Mediterranean Folded Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) - mostly drained- 1 tsp cumin- pinch of Chili powder- pinch of Garlic powder- a dash or two of Italian Herb Seasoning- 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla- 1.5 oz Feta Cheese, crumbled- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
Directions
This recipe serves 1.

Mash the chickpeas with a fork until they have a spreadable consistancy (there will still be some whole chickpeas, but there should not be many). Add seasonings and stir until thoroughly mixed. Spread this on one half the tortilla.

Top with the crumbled feta and chopped tomato. Fold the tortilla over (like a taco) and enjoy!
