No Pasta Lasagne

Ingredients
2 medium zucchini1 jar of spaghetti sauce (or aprox. 24 oz of homemade sauce)16 oz. Perdue Fit and Easy ground turkey breast1-2 tsp Italian seasoning1-2 tsp. garlic-minced1 tsp ground red cayenne pepper (optional)Cheese filling:1.5 c. fat free cottage cheese2 tsp. garlic- minced1.25 c. shredded mozzarella cheese-- reserve .25 cup of cheese for the top of the dish2-3 tsp. Italian seasoning1. Preheat oven to350 degrees 2. Brown ground turkey with the spices3. Cut zucchini lengthwise into thin strips4. Mix together all ingredients for filling.5.Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a 9X 13 baking dish6. Place a single layer of zucchini strips on top of the layer of sauce.7. Spread a thin layer of the cheese filling on top of the layer of zucchini8. Spread 1/2 of meat over the top of the layer of cheese.9. Repeat steps 4-7 one time10. Sprinkle remaining .25 c. of mozzarella cheese over the top of the dish

Bake in 350 degree oven

Makes 6 4 in. X 5 in. pieces
Serving size can be cut down, as these are generous pieces.
