Low fat yummy strawberry cake

Ingredients
Directions
3 cups of all purpose flour1/2 cup of splenda for baking blend4 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt4 egg whites1 cup nonfat milk2 cups, thawed chopped strawberries
Grease baking pan with non stick cooking spray for baking.
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder & salt.
In small mixing bowl mix egg whites, milk & applesauce.
Slowly mix thawed diced strawberries into dry mix. Stirring gently.
Then add went ingredients, continue to mix with care.
Pour into 13 x 9 baking sheet.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
Makes 16 servings.
*optional addition, add some fat free cream cheese to cooled finished cakes!!! yum!
