2.5 Medium Potatoes1 Green Bell Pepper1 Medium Purple Onion2 Tbsp. of Canola OilAll Seasonings To Taste:SaltPepperRosemaryBasilGarlic PowderOnion Powder
Wash and cut potatoes into medium bite size pieces. Dice onions and peppers. Heat oil in pan and potatoes. Add seasonings. When potatoes start to brown and are about 3/4 the way cooked add the onions and peppers. Cover everything in the pan with a lid until onions and peppers are tender.
