Ingredients
Arora Creations Punjabi Chhole Spice mix2 large tomatoes1/4 cup fresh ginger, chopped1 cup onions chopped.5 tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup fresh cilantro2 15 oz. cans chick peas
Directions
Fry onions, ginger and tomatoes in olive oil over medium heat. Add garbonzo beans/chick peas, spices and 1/4 cup water. Cook stirring for several minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
