*Bread-Wasa Multigrain Crispbread-1 slice, 3 serving*Edemame - shelled, canned or frozen, 0.75 cup Beans, black, canned- rinsed and drained, 0.75 cup Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), chopped, 5 small Celery, raw, 0.5 stalk, large chopped, (11"-12" long) Scallions, raw, 2 small (3" long), chopped,Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) chopped,Olive Oil, 2 1tsp *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1 serving
Chop vegetables and olives place in bowl. Add beans.
In small bowl mix mustard and balsamic vinegar, whisk in slowly drizzling olive oil to combine, add sweetener. Pour over salad, refrigerate letting flavors combine. Great to make and take for lunch.
Serve with the WASA breads.
