Memaw's Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 Cup Bell Pepper; Chopped1 Cup Onion; Chopped1 Stick Blue Bonnet Light10oz Can of Rotel14 1/2oz Can Stewed Tomatoes1 lb Box Velveta Cheese; Chopped12oz spaghetti1 Can of Chicken in water; Drained
Directions
Cook pasta till done.
Use the Blue Bonnet to saute the peppers and the onions. When done, stir in Rotel and stewed tomatoes and let simmer for about 10 mins. Add Chicken. Stir in Velveta until melted. Stir in pasta.

Pour mixture into a casserole dish and bake on 350 till lightly crusted on top.
