Breaded Chicken Breast with Yogurt

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts 1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs1/2 Cup Non Fat Plain Yogurt1 tbsp oregano1 tbsp Garlic Powder1 tbsp Basil2 tbsp Part skim shredded Mozerella
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
1) Pound the chicken till flat and even
2) Mix bread crumbs, and herbs and put on a plate
3) Coat chicken in yogurt
4) Coat both sides of chicken in crumb mixture
5) Coat baking sheet with spritz of olive oil
6) Place chicken on baking sheet and put in oven
7) Flip chicken over at the 15 min. mark.
