Ingredients
1 C chopped onion1 large carrot2 teas garlic1 large green bell pepper3 Tbs chili powder1 can low sodium kidney beans1 can great northern beans1 can black beans1 can corn2 1/2 C low sodium beef broth2 teas basil2 teas oregano28 oz diced tomatoes
Directions
Chop up pepper, carrot, and onion. In stock pot add beans, all remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour.
