Zucchini Bread-Low Fat Betty Crocker Recipe

Ingredients
3c shredded zucchini1-2/3 c sugar2/3 c unsweetened apple sauce2 tsp vanilla1c egg substitute3c whole wheat flour2 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground gloves1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
heat oven to 350, spray Pam on bottom of 2 bread pans. Mix zucchini, sugar, applesauce, vanilla and egg substitute in bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pans, Bake 50-60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
