Easy Crock Pot Chicken Chili

ChickenSalsaMexicorn (or corn and red/ green peppers)Kidney BeansCumin Chili Powder
Makes about 4 good sized servings.
In a sprayed crock pot, add whole breasts of chicken, pour salsa (I just dump an entire large jar) over, sprinkle on Cumin and Chili powder (add/ decrease to taste). Cook on High for 4-5 hours or Low for 7-8 hours. An hour before serving, shred chicken using 2 forks. Add in 1-2 cans kidney beans and mexicorn. Stir together and cook for about another hour on low.
Serve with corn bread.
