Ingredients
6 Medium Yellow Squash3 Medium onion3/4 cup Pepperidge Country Style StuffingKraft Singles White American Cheese
Directions
Slice squash and onion - put in boiler and cover with water, bring to boil and boil on med-high until tender. Remove from heat, drain, add 1/2 cup of stuffing mix, and cheese. Spray casserole dish with butter spray, empty contents of boiler into casserole dish, then crush and sprinkle remaining stuffing over top. Put om 375 degree oven and bake until top is golden brown.
