1/4 Cup Egg Beaters1/4 Cup Egg Whites1 Slice Sargento Colby/jack Cheese1/4 Chopped Onions1 tbsp. Oscar Mayer Bacon Pieces1 Wrap Size La Favorita Tortilla (Low in sodium)Mrs. Dash TAble Blend (Or flavor of choice
Mix egg beaters, egg whites, onions, bacon pieces and Mrs. Dash in a bowl or measuring cup. Cook in heated pan coated with cooking spray.
Cut cheese slicein half, and line one side of the tortilla. Put cooked egg mixture on top, fold over and cook in large pan coated with cooking spray. Flip when first side reaches desired coloring, and remove from pan when both sides are desired color.
You could add other vegetables to taste and pico de gallo is awesome.
Cut into 4 pieces. Serves 2.
