quinoa and wheatberry salad

1.5 c. wheatberries 1 c. quinoa
Directions
Cook grains according to instructions. Toss together with olive oil, add choice of cheese, vegetables, herbs, spices, etc. Top with chicken, if desired. Serves 4-6.
