Seafood Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients
1Lbs Medium Shrimp, cooked (peeled and cleaned) 12 oz Imitation Alaskan King Crab, 1 jar of Ragu, Carb Options Alfredo Sauce,2 Cup Broccoli flowerets 1Lb Alfredo Noodles or other pastas, cooked1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded,fresh garlic, peper, dash of nutmeg and cooking spray
Directions
This recipe moves fast –
Boil pasta according to direction on package
Stir-fry Garlic and Broccoli until broccoli is bright green.
Add Seafood to Broccoli to warm
Add Alfredo Sauce to seafood broccoli frying pan
Sprinkle with pepper and nutmeg
Drain pasta, and mix with sauce
Serve and garnish with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
