1 Banana1 Mango1 Apple (peeled and cored)10 Grapes (seedless)10 Baby carrots4 Sprigs fresh parsley2 cups fresh baby spinach5 leafs of red leaf lettuce1 1/2 cups cold water (or ice chips)
Directions
Wash fruit and greens. Place in blender. Add water. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Chill.
