Ingredients
1 can blackeye peas1 can black beans1 can diced tomatoes1/2 cup onion, chopped1/2 cup green bell peppers, chopped2 cups frozen sweet corn kernels, thawed1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped1 cup Italian salad dressing1/2 tsp garlic powder3/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Directions
Mix beans, peas, tomatoes, corn, onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno peppers in a large bowl. Season with garlic powder. Add dressing and cilantro; toss to coat. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
