Broccoli Florets 2 bunches, 1/2 red onion, 2 small cans mandarin oarnges, 1 cup chopped walnutsDressing: these are estimates I just mix enough to coat salad1/2 to 1 cup OJ, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp light mayo, no salt seasoning (I use costco's brand)
