Strawberry corn cake

Ingredients
1 cup milk 2 tsp. sweet n low (one packet) 1 oz cornmeal (3 TBLSP)1/2 tsp. vanilla extract1 egg1/2 cup sliced strawberries
Directions
Place milk and sweet n low in saucepan and heat until almost boiling. Add cornmeal and stir until thickened. Add the vanilla. Let cool a bit...then add the egg and fold in the 1/2 cup strawberries. Transfer mixture to a small cassarole dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 35-40 min until golden on top. One generous serving, or split in two. Enjoy!
