1 Pineapple1/2 pint of fresh blueberries1/2 pint of strawberries1/2 cup Quaker instant barley4 scoops of Body Fortress Whey Protein Powder15 Benefiber tablets1/2 cup marshmallows (optional)1 tsp flax seed oil3 large bananas2 6-oz cups of 100-calorie yogurt
Directions
Put ingredients into blender, and blend on high for 5 minutes. Include ice to chill.
