*Flour, white, .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup Oregano, ground, .5 tspZucchini, 1.5 cup, shreddedEgg, fresh, 1 cup (4.86 large eggs) Onions, raw, 2 tbsp choppedKraft Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp
Combine Flour cheese oregano salt and pepper. In another bowl combine zucchini egg onion mayo; add to dry ingredients.
Fry 2 min on each side.
Serve with sour cream or spaghetti sauce. I like tomato slices.
