JAN's Beef Tips and Rice

Ingredients
Beef, tip round, 8 oz college inn fat free & low sodium beef broth, 2 serving Kraft Minute Brown Rice, 0.5 cup Kraft Minute Brown Rice, 0.5 cup onions, raw, 1 cup, slicedBanana Peppers, .25 cupGarlic, .5 tsp
Directions
This is very easy and taste wonderful!
Put stew meat into crock pot. Add broth.
Add veggies and garlic.. Season with your favorite seasonings. Allow recipe to cook for 6 hours or so. I start off on high and after an hour move to a lower setting. Medium.
Just before you are ready to enjoy. Add a cup of rice. If you like more rice...that's up to you. You can also add other favorite veggies if you'd like. Be sure to adjust the amount of broth needed.
