Zucchini honey Loaf

Ingredients
4 eggs1 c oil2 c sugar2 c grated zucchini1 t baking soda1 T cinnamon2 t vanilla3/4 c honey3 c flour1 t salt1 t baking powder
Directions
Beat eggs until light and foamy, add in oil, sugar, grated zucchini, vanilly and honey and mix well. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add sifted igredients to zucchini mixture and mix well. Divide mixture into two greased 9 X 5 bread pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. One loaf slices into 15 pieces. 1 slice = 1 serving.
