Basil and Tomato Personal Pizza

Ingredients
1 pita, carefully separated into two rounds1 tbsp. olive oil2 Roma tomatoes6 leaves of fresh basil, shredded2 cloves of garlic, minced3 oz. mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Separate the pita into two rounds. Slice the tomatoes very thin and place on the pita, sprinkle the shredded fresh basil leaves, add the minced garlic, and top with the shredded mozzarella. Drizzle the olive oil over the both pita halves. Puy the pita halves on a cookie sheet and place in a 350 degree oven that has been preheated. Cook for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and pita is crispy.
Makes two servings of 266 calories each.
