Lemon Salmon & Peppers

Ingredients
Salmon fillets1 tbsp olive oilSliced red onionSliced yellow and red bell pepperJuice of 1 lemon
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place salmon fillets on baking sheet lined with drizzled olive oil. Salt and pepper fillets and then top with sliced peppers, onions and lemon juice. Bake for 12 minutes until salmon is flaky.
