Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
Broccoli - 1 bowl servingRed bell pepper (diced) - 3 tbspMayonnaise - 1 tbspSalt & pepper Chilli sauce
Directions
1) Boil broccoli and diced red pepper for +/-3 mins
2) Drain the veggies.
3) Mix the mayo, slat & pepper to the drained veggies
4) I add a teaspoon of chilli sauce and mix it together with mayo for different taste
5) can be eaten as soon as its ready or can be cool in freezer
*makes 1 bowl serving

**can add boiled potato for carbo**
