Ingredients
1/2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute1/4 sm. green bell pepper chopped to equal 2 Tbsp2 T onion chopped2 T bacon bits (heaping)1 slc. Kraft american singles
Directions
Cook onion, peppers and bacon bits in saute pan until tender. Add egg beaters to large omelete pan (low temp). Add cheese slice, and veggie/bacon mix. Cook on low heat until almost solid. Flip in half and cover to finish cooking.
