Ingredients
One 10lb bag potatoes One large onionOne large can of peasOne package ham slices (lunch meat works best)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Peel potatoes and cut into large pieces, we mostly just quarter them. Chop up ham into half inch pieces,Peel and cut up onions, add peas, onion,and potatoes and ham to pot and cover with water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are soft. usually about a hour add salt and pepper to taste.
