Sugar Free delicious Lemonade or Orangeade

Ingredients
2 packets of True Lemon or True Orange (available at Whole Foods)2-3 packets splenda with fiber (or stevia)24oz waterwater bottle (optional)
Directions
Makes 24oz.
Add 24oz water to water bottle or large cup, add in 2 packets of true lemon or orange, and 2-3 packets of sweetener (to taste). Shake & enjoy!
Can substitute any kind of sweetener, including stevia (works well with stevia & splenda). Using Splenda with fiber gives you an extra 2-3g fiber per bottle. I use a 24oz water bottle, makes it easy to shake, and I end up drinking more water at the end of the day. This is an easy drink mix to keep at your desk at work, or to travel with (pack lemon & sweetener packets + an empty water bottle).
