Low Fat Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 8inch Mission flour tortilla1/2 cup low fat mexican style shredded cheese1/2 cup grilled chicken breast, chopped (about half of one cooked chicken breast)2 Tablespoons salsacooking spray
Directions
Spray pan with vegetable cooking spray. Set four tortilla on pan on low heat. Sprinkle cheese over tortilla. As the tortilla warms, dice up previously grilled chicken breast. Warm chickin on seperate plate in microwave for 30 seconds. When cheese is mostly melted, sprinkle chicken on top, then top with your favorite salsa. Fold the tortilla in half. Increase heat to brown both sides of quesadilla. Cut into wedges and enjoy!
