Agave Oatmeal Raisin Flax Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 C. canola oil1/4 C. agave nectar1/2 C. cane sugar2 Tbsp. ground flax seed4 Tbsp. water1/4 C. ground flax seed1 1/2 C. whole wheat pastry flour1 1/2- 1 3/4 C. rolled oats2 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp sea salt3/4 C. raisins
Directions
Makes 18 cookies

Preheat oven to 325
Mix oil, agave, and cane sugar.
In a separate bowl whisk together water and 2 Tbsp flax. Add to oil and sweetener mixture.
Add in remaining dry ingredients except the oats and raisins.
Then add them.
Drop rounded balls of dough onto and ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly since they won't spread much baking.
Bake 12-14 minutes until only the edges are golden brown.
Let cool and enjoy!
