Salisbury Steak and Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef1/4 cup skim milk1/4 cup dry bread crumbs1/4 cup Egg Beaters1 tsp. onion powder1 12 ounce jar fat free beef gravy2 cups fresh sliced mushroomssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combiine beef, milk, bread crumbs, Egg Beaters, onion powder, salt and pepper. Shape into 5 oval patties and set aside.

2. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add mushrooms and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove the mushrooms from the pan and set aside.

3. Add the meat patties to the skillet and brown for 5 minutes on each side. Return the mushrooms to the skillet and add the gravy. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
