Bran loaf

Ingredients
1 cup kellogs all bran cerial1 cup milk 1%1 cup raisons/ sultanas1/2 cup brown sugar1 cup flour
Directions
soak all bran and fruit in the milk for approx 1 hour add sugar and flour mix well, pour ingredients i to lined loaf tin and cook at 180c for 50 mins check it's cooked by scewering centre of loaf if not clean cook awhile longer, cool in tin when cold slice and serve with low fat margarine spread or just on it's own.
